Ringtime secures €1.8 million for voice-native AI

Ghent-based startup Ringtime has raised €1.8 million to accelerate the rollout of its voice-native AI platform, which converts phone calls and messages into structured, actionable conversations for businesses. The fresh capital will be used to deepen product development, scale go-to-market efforts, and expand across European markets.

Turning raw calls into meaningful conversations

Ringtime focuses on one of the most underused data sources in modern organisations: everyday voice and messaging interactions with customers. By applying advanced speech recognition, natural language processing, and proprietary AI algorithms, the platform automatically transcribes, analyses, and enriches calls and chat threads.

The system identifies key topics, sentiment, intent, and next steps, then feeds this intelligence into existing CRM and support tools. Sales teams gain instant summaries of customer needs, support agents see context-rich histories, and managers can track trends without manually listening to recordings or reading entire threads.

Voice-native design for frontline teams

Unlike generic productivity tools, Ringtime is built as a voice-native solution. Frontline workers can simply speak or message as usual while the platform handles the heavy lifting in the background. This reduces admin work, improves data quality, and ensures that critical customer information is captured consistently.

The startup positions itself at the intersection of customer experience and workflow automation, targeting sectors such as sales, customer support, logistics, and field services where phone calls remain central to daily operations.

Scaling across Europe’s AI and SaaS landscape

The €1.8 million round will support hiring in engineering, product, and customer success, as well as partnerships with European SaaS and telephony providers. By embedding its technology into existing communication stacks, Ringtime aims to help companies unlock the strategic value hidden in their voice and messaging data, while staying compliant with data protection and privacy regulations.
