OSS Ventures launches €75 million industrial software fund
French startup studio OSS Ventures has announced a new €75 million fund dedicated to scaling its portfolio of industrial software companies across Europe and the United States. The vehicle is designed to back early-stage startups that are modernising factories, logistics sites and industrial operations through advanced digital tools.
Focus on industrial transformation
The new fund will target founders building SaaS platforms, AI-powered analytics, and connected systems that help manufacturers improve productivity, safety and sustainability. By concentrating exclusively on the industrial domain, OSS Ventures aims to bridge the gap between traditional plants and cutting‑edge software.
The firm’s model combines capital with hands‑on support, giving startups access to a network of industrial partners, sector specialists and experienced operators. This approach is intended to shorten sales cycles in conservative industries and accelerate deployment of new technologies on the factory floor.
Expansion across Europe and the US
While rooted in the European ecosystem, OSS Ventures is positioning the fund to operate on both sides of the Atlantic. The team plans to back founders serving large industrial hubs in countries such as Germany, France and Italy, while also helping portfolio companies enter the vast US manufacturing market.
Industrial software has become a strategic priority as manufacturers confront rising costs, supply chain volatility and pressure to decarbonise. Tools such as digital twins, predictive maintenance, and industrial IoT platforms are increasingly seen as essential infrastructure rather than optional upgrades.
Strengthening the industrial startup ecosystem
With the €75 million fund, OSS Ventures is reinforcing its role as a specialist backer of founders tackling complex industrial problems. By combining domain expertise, capital and a studio-style support model, the firm aims to create a new generation of globally competitive industrial software champions emerging from Europe and scaling into the US.
