Wonderful hits unicorn status with major Series B round

Amsterdam-based enterprise AI agent platform Wonderful has raised €129.8 million in a significant Series B funding round, pushing the company’s valuation to approximately €1.7 billion. The fresh capital firmly positions the Dutch scaleup among Europe’s most valuable AI companies as demand for intelligent automation accelerates across industries.

Enterprise AI agents gain momentum

Wonderful develops an enterprise-grade platform for deploying autonomous AI agents that can handle complex business workflows, from customer operations to back-office processes. By combining advanced AI algorithms, secure data integrations and governance tooling, the platform enables large organizations to automate decision-heavy tasks while maintaining control, compliance and auditability.

Unlike traditional rule-based automation, AI agents on the Wonderful platform are designed to understand context, interact with multiple systems and continuously learn from new data. This capability is particularly attractive to enterprises under pressure to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality or security.

Use of funds and growth strategy

The new funding will be used to scale product development, expand sales and support teams, and accelerate international go-to-market efforts. A key focus will be strengthening the platform’s capabilities in regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare and public administration, where demand for trustworthy AI infrastructure is rapidly growing.

Wonderful is also expected to invest in partnerships with major cloud providers and enterprise software vendors to ensure seamless integration into existing IT stacks. The company aims to become a foundational layer for enterprises looking to orchestrate multiple AI agents safely at scale, rather than experimenting with isolated pilots.

Significance for Europe’s AI ecosystem

The €129.8 million Series B round underscores investor confidence in European-built AI platforms that prioritize security, governance and real-world deployment over hype. With a €1.7 billion valuation, Wonderful strengthens Amsterdam’s reputation as a hub for deep-tech innovation and adds further momentum to Europe’s ambition to build globally competitive, responsible AI champions.
