Slovakia’s tech ecosystem enters a defining phase

Slovakia is quietly emerging as one of Central Europe’s most dynamic innovation hubs, with a new generation of tech startups expected to play a defining role in 2026. Powered by strong engineering talent, relatively low operating costs and growing access to regional venture funding, the country is moving beyond its reputation as a manufacturing base and toward a knowledge-driven, digital economy.
