Riplo exits stealth with fresh funding
UK-based startup Riplo has emerged from stealth with a €2.6 million funding round to build what it calls an “agentic operating system” for the consulting industry. The company aims to rewire how consulting firms capture, automate and scale their knowledge work using advanced AI agents.
The seed financing will support product development, hiring and early go-to-market activities as Riplo positions itself at the intersection of enterprise software and next-generation AI workflows. The startup is targeting both boutique consultancies and large global firms that are under pressure to deliver more value while reducing manual, repetitive work.
An operating system for AI-native consulting
Riplo‘s platform is designed as an “operating system” where multiple specialized AI agents can collaborate on complex consulting tasks. Instead of relying solely on human analysts to research markets, synthesize data and build deliverables, firms can orchestrate networks of autonomous agents that follow firm-specific methodologies and templates.
The system focuses on three pillars: codifying proprietary knowledge, automating repeatable workflows and enabling secure collaboration between humans and AI copilots. By embedding a firm’s frameworks into reusable AI workflows, Riplo aims to shorten project timelines and improve consistency across engagements.
Addressing margin pressure in professional services
Consulting firms worldwide are facing margin pressure as clients demand more data-driven insight, faster delivery and transparent pricing. Traditional tools such as slideware, spreadsheets and email are ill-suited to this new environment. Riplo is betting that a dedicated agentic operating system can give firms a defensible productivity edge while protecting their intellectual property.
The funding will enable Riplo to expand integrations with common knowledge management, CRM and data analytics platforms used by professional services firms. Early pilots are expected to focus on use cases such as market landscaping, competitor analysis, opportunity qualification and proposal generation.
As enterprises accelerate adoption of AI automation, the consulting sector is emerging as a prime testing ground for agent-based systems. With its new capital and a focused thesis on knowledge-intensive work, Riplo is positioning itself as an early specialist in AI-native consulting infrastructure.
