Partech Impact launches €300M Article 9 growth fund

Partech Impact has closed a new €300 million fund classified under Article 9 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, dedicated to late-stage B2B impact tech scaleups. Led by General Partners Rémi Saïd and Arnaud Minvielle, the vehicle targets European companies generating at least €10 million in annual revenue and delivering measurable environmental or social outcomes.

Targeting Europe’s “missing middle” in growth capital

The new fund is designed to fill what investors describe as Europe’s “missing middle” between early-stage venture capital and traditional buyout funds. While seed and Series A financing has expanded in recent years, many European impact companies struggle to secure larger tickets to scale internationally once they reach meaningful revenues.

By focusing on B2B models with proven traction, Partech Impact aims to provide the scale of capital typically seen in later-stage growth rounds, while maintaining a strong thesis around impact measurement and financial performance.

Focus on clean production, agtech and mobility

The fund will back companies operating in three priority verticals: clean production, agtech, and sustainable mobility. Target businesses may include industrial efficiency platforms, low-carbon manufacturing technologies, precision agriculture solutions, and digital tools that reduce emissions or congestion in transport and logistics.

Institutional backers include major European players such as Allianz, the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Bpifrance, underlining growing appetite for scalable impact investing strategies that combine climate and social outcomes with robust growth potential.

How eligible scaleups can apply for funding

Companies seeking investment from the new Partech Impact fund are expected to demonstrate: recurring B2B revenues above roughly €10 million, a clear contribution to environmental or social objectives, and the ability to track impact KPIs alongside financial metrics. Strong unit economics, international expansion plans and experienced leadership teams will be key selection criteria.

Founders can typically approach the team via the Partech website, investor introductions or ecosystem partners. The fund’s strategy suggests deal sizes large enough to lead or co-lead growth rounds, providing both capital and strategic support to help European impact champions scale across global markets.
