Oska Health raises €11 million to expand hybrid care model
Frankfurt-based Oska Health, a digital-first hybrid care provider that blends human expertise with advanced AI, has secured €11 million in Seed funding. The fresh capital will be used to scale its technology platform, grow its team of personal health coaches and deepen partnerships with healthcare providers and insurers across Europe.
Combining human health coaches with AI-driven support
Oska Health operates a hybrid model that connects patients with dedicated personal health coaches, while a layer of intelligent digital tools supports everyday care. The company’s platform uses AI algorithms to analyze patient data, personalize care plans and deliver timely nudges on medication adherence, lifestyle changes and symptom monitoring.
Through secure mobile and web applications, patients can chat with coaches, track their health metrics and receive tailored educational content. The system flags potential risks early, enabling care teams to intervene before conditions worsen, particularly for people living with chronic diseases.
Tackling chronic conditions and healthcare system strain
Europe’s healthcare systems are under growing pressure from aging populations, rising rates of chronic illness and staffing shortages. Oska Health aims to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve quality of life by providing continuous, data-informed support outside traditional clinical settings.
By integrating with existing clinical workflows and electronic health records, the platform is designed to complement, not replace, physicians. Health coaches collaborate with doctors, using real-time insights generated by AI-powered analytics to adjust care plans and prioritize high-risk patients.
Scaling across Europe with fresh Seed funding
The €11 million Seed round will allow Oska Health to expand its presence beyond Germany, refine its technology stack and invest in clinical validation studies. The company plans to add new features focused on remote monitoring, predictive risk scoring and multilingual patient engagement, positioning itself as a key player in Europe’s emerging hybrid care landscape.
As payers and providers increasingly seek value-based, outcomes-driven solutions, Oska Health is betting that its mix of human coaching and intelligent automation can deliver more accessible, continuous and personalized care at scale.
