Lemrock raises €6 million to scale agentic commerce infrastructure

Paris-based DeepTech startup Lemrock has secured a €6 million (approximately $7 million) funding round to accelerate the development of its infrastructure for agentic commerce – a new wave of autonomous, software-driven buying and selling across digital channels.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s engineering team, deepen its core AI and automation capabilities, and roll out its platform to enterprise customers in Europe and beyond. The round underscores growing investor confidence in tools that can orchestrate complex commercial workflows without constant human intervention.

Building the backbone for autonomous digital transactions

Lemrock is developing a programmable infrastructure layer that allows companies to deploy intelligent software agents capable of handling end-to-end commerce tasks. These agents can research products, compare suppliers, negotiate terms within pre-set parameters, trigger orders, and coordinate logistics, all while integrating with existing ERP, CRM, and payment systems.

By abstracting away fragmented tools and legacy integrations, the startup aims to provide a unified operating layer for e-commerce, B2B procurement, and digital marketplaces. Its technology is designed to reduce manual workloads, cut operational errors, and unlock real-time decision-making based on live data streams.

Targeting enterprises seeking efficiency and resilience

The new funding will help Lemrock move from pilot projects to broader commercial deployments in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and logistics. The company is positioning its platform as a critical enabler for businesses that want to modernize their commerce stack while maintaining strict controls over pricing, compliance, and risk.

With enterprises under pressure to improve margins and resilience amid volatile demand and rising costs, the promise of agentic commerce – always-on, rules-based, and data-driven transaction flows – is gaining traction. Lemrock aims to become a foundational player in this emerging category by offering secure, scalable infrastructure rather than a single end-user application.

The €6 million round gives the Paris startup additional runway to refine its technology and cement partnerships with large customers, as the race to operationalize intelligent agents in commerce enters a new phase.
