Didero raises $30M to reinvent procurement with AI agents

Didero secures $30M to modernise procurement with AI

Didero, an emerging enterprise software startup, has raised $30 million to overhaul how companies manage procurement using autonomous AI agents. The fresh capital will be used to expand product development, strengthen its data infrastructure and accelerate international go‑to‑market efforts.

AI agents tackle a legacy corporate pain point

Corporate purchasing is still dominated by clunky portals, manual approvals and fragmented supplier data. Didero is positioning its platform as a new operating layer that replaces traditional forms and workflows with intelligent, task‑oriented AI agents.

These agents are designed to interpret employee requests in natural language, automatically source approved suppliers, compare pricing and terms, and route orders through policy‑compliant approval chains. By embedding company‑specific rules, budgets and contracts, the system aims to reduce maverick spending and increase adherence to negotiated agreements.

From request to purchase order in minutes

Instead of navigating complex procurement tools, employees submit a simple request through chat or a self‑service interface. Didero‘s AI algorithms then match the request with catalogues, preferred vendors and historic purchasing patterns, proposing optimal options in real time.

The startup claims this can shrink cycle times from days to minutes while cutting administrative overhead. Finance and procurement leaders gain consolidated visibility into spend, with analytics that highlight savings opportunities, supplier performance and compliance gaps.

Scaling an AI‑first vision for enterprise buying

The $30 million funding round signals growing investor confidence in applying generative AI and autonomous agents to back‑office operations. With this capital, Didero plans to deepen integrations with ERP, accounts payable and contract management platforms, making its agents a central hub for purchasing decisions.

As enterprises look to control costs without slowing operations, AI‑driven procurement is emerging as a strategic priority. By blending automation with policy‑aware intelligence, Didero aims to become a core infrastructure layer for how modern organisations buy goods and services at scale.
