Davide Dattoli charts Talent Garden’s European growth
On a recent episode of the EU-Startups podcast, Davide Dattoli, Founder and Executive Chairman of Talent Garden, outlined how the company is evolving from a coworking pioneer into a pan-European education and innovation platform. Speaking about a decade-long journey, he described how the network has grown into one of Europe’s best-known hubs for digital skills, startup acceleration and corporate innovation.
Launched in Italy, Talent Garden set out to create physical spaces where entrepreneurs, designers and developers could collaborate. Over time, the company added structured edtech and reskilling programs, positioning itself at the intersection of coworking, professional education and innovation consulting.
From coworking spaces to a learning ecosystem
Davide Dattoli explained that the original vision of shared offices has expanded into a broader ecosystem. Today, Talent Garden runs campuses across several European countries, offering courses in areas such as data science, UX design, digital marketing and product management. The company collaborates with universities and corporate partners to bridge the gap between traditional education and the fast-changing needs of the tech economy.
According to Davide Dattoli, this model is designed to respond to Europe’s persistent digital skills gap. By combining flexible learning paths, community-based networking and direct links to employers, Talent Garden aims to help both early-stage founders and mid-career professionals adapt to a labour market transformed by automation and AI.
Corporate innovation and the future of work
Another pillar of the strategy is working with large organisations that need to innovate faster. Talent Garden hosts corporate innovation programs, hackathons and tailored training for enterprises seeking exposure to startup thinking. Davide Dattoli highlighted that this cross-pollination between startups, freelancers and corporations is central to the company’s value proposition.
Looking ahead, he sees continued demand for hybrid models that blend physical campuses with online learning. As remote work and distributed teams become standard, Talent Garden plans to deepen its role as a European platform where talent, capital and ideas meet, with education as the core engine for sustainable tech-driven growth.
