Allday Goods turns plastic waste into premium kitchen knives

Allday Goods secures fresh funding for circular kitchenware

British kitchen knife startup Allday Goods has raised €883.7k in new funding to scale its mission of transforming discarded plastic into premium, design-led kitchenware. The London-based company repurposes post-consumer plastic waste into colourful, durable knife handles, paired with high-quality steel blades aimed at both home cooks and professionals.

Turning plastic waste into performance tools

Allday Goods operates on a circular design model, collecting and processing plastic waste that would otherwise head to landfill or incineration. This material is then moulded into distinctive, patterned handles, giving each knife a unique appearance while showcasing the potential of recycled materials in everyday products.

The startup focuses on combining sustainable design with serious performance. Its blades are crafted from high-grade steel and engineered for balance, edge retention and comfort, ensuring that the environmental story does not come at the expense of functionality. By positioning its products in the “premium but accessible” segment, Allday Goods aims to make low-impact kitchenware mainstream rather than niche.

Funding to scale production and reach

The €883.7k raise will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, refine its recycling processes and grow the brand’s distribution footprint in the UK and across Europe. Investment will also support research into new forms of plastic upcycling and the development of additional kitchen tools built on the same waste-to-product philosophy.

As consumers and retailers increasingly demand traceable, lower-impact goods, Allday Goods is positioning itself at the intersection of sustainable design and the booming home cooking market. The company’s approach highlights how targeted innovation in materials and manufacturing can cut plastic waste while delivering products that meet professional standards.

Shaping the future of sustainable kitchenware

With fresh capital and growing awareness around circular economy solutions, Allday Goods is set to broaden its range and deepen partnerships with retailers, chefs and eco-conscious consumers. The company’s trajectory underscores a wider shift in the kitchenware sector, where performance, aesthetics and sustainability are no longer competing priorities but core design requirements.
