Accenture buys Keepler Data Tech to deepen AI and data offering

Accenture has acquired Spanish startup Keepler Data Tech, a specialist in cloud-native AI, data engineering and advanced analytics solutions. The deal is aimed at expanding Accenture‘s capabilities in building and scaling data platforms, particularly on public cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

Strengthening cloud-native AI and data capabilities

Keepler Data Tech, founded in Spain and active across several European markets, focuses on designing and operating end-to-end data products in the cloud. Its teams are known for deploying production-grade machine learning models, real-time data pipelines and modern data architectures for large enterprises in sectors such as finance, telecommunications and retail.

By integrating Keepler Data Tech‘s specialists, Accenture aims to accelerate how clients turn raw data into measurable business value, from predictive analytics and personalization engines to AI-powered automation and decision support tools.

Strategic move in Europe’s competitive AI market

The acquisition underscores how rapidly demand is growing for cloud-native data platforms that can support secure, scalable and compliant use of AI algorithms. European companies are under pressure to modernize legacy systems, comply with evolving regulation around data governance, and deploy trustworthy AI solutions at scale.

Bringing Keepler Data Tech into its portfolio gives Accenture additional engineering depth in areas such as data lakehouse architectures, MLOps, and observability of complex analytics workloads. This is expected to help clients shorten time-to-value on digital transformation projects and reduce the risk associated with large-scale cloud migrations.

Implications for clients and the wider ecosystem

For existing customers of Keepler Data Tech, the deal opens access to Accenture‘s global delivery network, broader industry expertise and extensive partnerships with major cloud providers. For Accenture, the move reinforces its position as a leading integrator of enterprise-grade AI and data analytics solutions across Europe, as organizations continue to invest heavily in cloud and intelligent automation.
