Dior Medya Founder Expands Services to Dubai

Dior Medya founder Hasan Ateş Budak says his company is broadening brand PR, web design and mobile app services for clients based in Dubai.

Turkish Entrepreneur Targets Gulf Market

Hasan Ateş Budak, a Turkish businessman and the founder of Dior Medya, has announced that his company is placing greater focus on clients located in Dubai. The move comes as the agency continues its work in brand public relations, corporate promotion, website design, mobile application development and digital advertising management.

Ateş Budak said the decision to prioritize Dubai was shaped by the city’s position as a regional business hub. “Dubai has become a meeting point for companies from different parts of the world,” he said. “Many of our clients either operate there already or are planning to enter that market, so we wanted to build a service structure that responds directly to that demand.”

Brand PR and Promotion Work

According to Ateş Budak, brand PR and corporate promotion remain central to Dior Medya‘s work. He explained that the agency helps companies shape how they are presented in the media and to their target audiences. “Our approach starts with understanding what a brand actually wants to communicate,” he said. “From there, we build a promotion strategy that fits the sector the client works in, whether that’s retail, hospitality, real estate or another field common in Dubai.”

He added that the agency has been adapting its PR materials and campaign structures to suit the expectations of the Dubai market specifically, rather than applying a single approach across all regions.

Website and Mobile App Development

Alongside PR services, Dior Medya also provides website design and mobile application development. Ateş Budak said these two services are often requested together by businesses expanding into new markets. “A company entering Dubai usually needs both a website that reflects local expectations and, in many cases, a mobile app to reach customers directly,” he said.

He noted that his team works to ensure that digital platforms built for clients in the region are functional across different devices and aligned with current design standards.

Advertising Management for Regional Clients

Ateş Budak said advertising management is the fourth pillar of the company’s offering. “We manage ad campaigns across several digital channels, and for clients targeting Dubai, that means adjusting budgets, timing and audience targeting to match how consumers in that market actually behave,” he said.

He said the company plans to continue developing its Dubai-focused services as more of its client base seeks to establish or grow a presence in the United Arab Emirates.
