FYLD raises €34 million to power AI-driven field operations

London-based startup FYLD has secured a €34 million funding round to accelerate the global rollout of its frontline intelligence platform, which uses AI and real-time data to transform how field operations are managed. The investment underscores growing demand for digital tools that improve safety, productivity and compliance in sectors such as utilities, construction and infrastructure maintenance.

A frontline intelligence platform for high-risk field work

FYLD has built a cloud-based platform that enables field teams and control rooms to collaborate using live video, annotated photos and structured job data. The system applies AI algorithms and predictive analytics to identify risks, recommend next steps and provide managers with real-time oversight of geographically dispersed crews.

By digitising traditional paper-based workflows and phone calls, FYLD aims to reduce incidents, cut delays and improve regulatory reporting. The platform is designed for industries where crews operate in hazardous or remote environments, making rapid, data-informed decisions essential.

Funding to fuel product development and international growth

The €34 million injection will be used to deepen FYLD‘s product capabilities, expand its engineering and data science teams in London, and support entry into new markets across Europe and North America. The company plans to invest heavily in advanced computer vision, automated risk assessment and integrations with existing workforce management and asset management systems.

Rising demand for digital safety and efficiency tools

Infrastructure operators and utilities are under pressure to deliver more work with tighter budgets while meeting strict safety and environmental standards. Platforms like FYLD‘s frontline intelligence solution are emerging as critical infrastructure, providing auditable data trails, live situational awareness and performance insights across entire field operations.

With this latest funding, FYLD is positioning itself as a key player in the digital transformation of field work, aiming to become the default operating system for frontline teams in complex, safety-critical industries.
